I had heard about BAE Systems and was impressed by its reputation so was really pleased when I joined the business in 2011 as part of the Employee Support team. Throughout my career as a HR professional with BAE Systems, the company has supported me with the training that I have needed to support my professional development.

I originally joined BAE Systems within the Employee Support team and then was part of the Data Management & Business Information team for a year before joining in the Organisation Development & Learning department in 2017.
