What I love about BAE Systems is that I play with a lot of cool tech. We're pushing the boundaries with technology. And the most exciting part is to know I’m working on the start of something so big. We’re building complex systems for the Australian Defence Force. And testing things in a way that they have never been tested before to drive production efficiency, quality and safety of our people.
At BAE Systems, I have infinite possibilities. I have had the opportunity to work across a lot of different areas of the business and aspects of engineering from the air space to maritime to land to cyber and all these flexibilities allow you to challenge yourself technically.
Being able to use volunteer leave to go do STEM outreach activities to inspire more students excites me. I get a great sense of pride working for BAE Systems because it gives me the opportunity to pursue a lot of my passions - both professionally and personally. I work to live not live to work but it is absolutely amazing that I love what I do.

I have a very good work life balance. BAE Systems affords me the ability to have free time to do things for myself like being able to be active outside with my friends.
