Many members have found that Movement to Work is well positioned to facilitate a pipeline of diverse, talented candidates for apprenticeship programmes. In some cases, this has led to double digit increase in apprentice retention and progress achieved by candidates who have completed the Movement to Work programme compared to traditional entrants.
