Further, if you are attending a meeting which is classified or requires a certain level of security clearance, we will process information relating to your security clearance or classification in order to ensure that you have the appropriate clearance to attend the meeting.

We use your personal information to manage your access to classified material or material with requires security clearance. This includes material designated as classified by foreign governments.

This processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations that the Company is subject to relating to official secrets and security clearances.
This processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company.

The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in complying with all applicable laws it is subject to in any jurisdiction. The Company also considers that it has a legitimate interest in ensuring classified information is protected appropriately.

Other information may come from clearance or government agencies (including foreign governments), customers, suppliers and other business partners. We may receive information from other sources as set out in this Notice (see “Where do you get my personal information from?” in the Overview section).
