If you have chosen to participate in our Community Investment activities and events such as volunteering, fundraising and communications, we administer, facilitate and manage your involvement with these activities. We also undertake associated reporting about these activities to review interest, engagement and uptake.
What categories of personal information are included in these processing activities?
To administer and manage your involvement with these activities, we process Staff related data and Data related to your engagement with the Company and any additional information you choose to provide as part of your participation.
What is the reason for these processing activities?
We use your personal information to manage your participation with Community investment activities.
What are the legal grounds you rely on to carry these out?
This processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company.

The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in engaging with its workforce and providing community investment activities and opportunities for its employees, including in support of the Company’s commitment to strengthening relationships and investing in the communities in which we operate and live.
To the extent that you did not get this personal information from me, how did you collect this information?
Some of this personal information will come from internal sources, such as your line management and the HR team (see “Where do you get my personal information from?” in the Overview section). Some information will come from you where you choose to share this as part of your participation.
Who do you share this personal information with?
Your personal information is shared internally with the relevant communications, community investment leads, HR and your line manager (as appropriate) (see “When do you share my personal information with others?” in the Overview section).
In addition, some of your personal information will be shared externally with any suppliers or partners as needed and as otherwise set out in this Notice (see “When you do you share my information with others?” in the Overview section). This may also include third parties that the Company works with in support of its Community Investment activities.
