About Coupa

BAE Systems will trade with you using an eProcurement solution called COUPA. There is no cost for using Coupa and no additional software is required. There are 2 ways to connect with BAE Systems through Coupa:

  1. Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) - Create invoices (“flip the PO into an invoice), acknowledge and comment on a purchase order in the CSP to communicate directly to the BAE Systems Coupa system.
  2. Supplier Actionable Notifications (SAN) - Create invoices (“flip the PO into an invoice), acknowledge and comment directly from the purchase order contained in an email to communicate directly to the BAE Systems Coupa system.tional. Please send the above information to BAES Coupa support.

If you would like to register for the CSP, please provide a PO number issued to you (so we can locate the correct supplier record) and the contact email address you’d like us to send the Coupa Supplier Portal invitation to. The email provided will become the primary contact. Once registered, the primary contact can add as many additional users as required (setup, users, invite user). If you already use the Coupa Supplier Portal, please ensure you provide a PO number and the email address that you currently use to access the portal. That will ensure BAE Systems will appear as an additional. Please send the above information to BAES Coupa support.
