Source to Pay

BAE Systems is transitioning from our current supplier management software to a new platform, Ivalua. This is an exciting, multi-phase, multi-year initiative. We are currently in phase one of the effort, which focuses on streamlining supplier onboarding, sourcing, and building a robust supplier portal called Source to Pay. Ivalua launched for our Electronic Systems, Intelligence & Security, and Platforms & Services sectors the week of October 13 and will launch for our Space and Mission Systems sector the week of October 20.

The benefits to our suppliers are significant. The Source to Pay portal not only consolidates multiple supplier portals into a single, streamlined experience, it also provides end-to-end capabilities that include supplier registration, RFQ/Quotes, purchase order management, invoice status, and payment tracking. It is a secure, FedRAMP Moderate Equivalent environment with the ability to protect the most sensitive of data. It will allow all of us to more quickly respond to changing market conditions, improve forecasting and planning, and drive innovation.

When we reached out in early spring, you provided invaluable insights into your experience working with us. We took that feedback seriously and have been working to refine how we collaborate.
