What processing activities do you undertake that include my personal information?
If you take on an overseas assignment, we may process the personal information of your family in order to assist them to relocate to accompany you.
This may include assistance with the appropriate visa and immigration requirements, as well as appropriate travel and other relocation support.
What categories of personal information are included in these processing activities?
Depending on which jurisdiction you will be relocating to, we may process your family's Identity Information, Contact Information and Immigration information.
In some jurisdictions, your family's special categories of personal information and their criminal records may also be processed.
What is the reason for these processing activities?
We undertake this activity in order to allow your family to relocate with you and to comply with applicable laws relating to immigration.
What are the legal grounds you rely on to carry these out?
This processing is necessary for the compliance with legal obligations to which the Company is subject.
This processing is also necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company and by you.

What are the 'legitimate interests' referred to above?
The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in managing its business operations in the most efficient manner. In addition, the Company wishes to comply with all applicable immigration law obligations it is subject to in any jurisdiction.
The Company considers that you have legitimate interests in ensuring that your family can remain together during your overseas assignment.
As this processing may include special categories of personal information or information relating to my family's criminal record, in addition to the above, what are the additional legal grounds you rely on to justify this processing?
This processing will be based on your explicit consent.

To the extent that you did not get this personal information from me, how did you collect this information?
The results of any required medical review or criminal records checks will come from the Company's external suppliers and partners. We may receive personal information directly from your family. We may receive information from other sources as set out in this Notice (see “Where do you get my personal information from?” in the Overview section).
Who do you share this personal information with?
Your family's personal information is shared internally, as set out in this Notice (see “When do you share my personal information with others?” in the Overview section). This would usually include HR and the relevant manager.
In addition, some of your family's personal information will be shared with governmental organisations, advisers, partners and our suppliers as needed and as otherwise set out in this Notice (see “When do you share my personal information with others?” in the Overview section).
