The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in looking after the wellbeing if its Employees, Contractors and Workers as well as Company directors and office holders in the event of an emergency.
You have a legitimate interest in ensuring that your emergency contact is aware of any accidents, incidents or issues and can provide any support that may be required.
