The personal information of your dependants will be processed by the Company if you choose to participate in Bring your Sons and Daughters to Work Day. The Company will process personal information relating to the child attending work in order to administer this activity.
What categories of personal information are included in these processing activities?
We may process Staff related data and Data related to your engagement with the Company. In addition, we will process your dependant's Identity Information and Contact Information and information relating their employment and education, including school name and town, nationality and emergency contact details.
What is the reason for these processing activities?
We carry out these activities in order to support our education strategy. This includes aiming to:
- enthuse young people about Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM subjects) and encourage them to pursue these subjects at school, college and university
- enthuse young people about the Company and to encourage them to aspire to making their career with the Company
- promote positively the Company in the communities in which we operate

This processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company.

The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in promoting its education strategy and to make a positive contribution to local communities by offering local individuals the opportunity to experience programmes with the Company.
