We process your personal information if you attend our sites as a visitor.

This notice should be read in conjunction with the Overview.

What processing activities do you undertake that include my personal information?

We operate Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems on, and around the perimeter of, our sites and premises. This includes CCTV recording of external site areas such as walkways, roads and other public areas.

We also equip security staff with body-worn camera devices for use on, and around the perimeter of, our sites and premises. These devices may be used in recordings of external site areas such as walkways, roads and other public areas around out sites and premises.

This processing will also include investigations into alleged offences and/or security concerns, as appropriate.

What categories of personal information are included in these processing activities?

We may process:

  • static and moving images of individuals;
  • vehicle registration information; and
  • in the context of body-worn cameras, audio recordings.

We do not deliberately set out to capture any special category data. However, cameras (including body-worn devices) may incidentally record information which falls within these categories.
