We maintain a visitors' access log at all of our sites, which we ask you to populate with your personal information.

We process your Identity information, Contact Information (including of your emergency contact) and nationality information in order to undertake this activity.
What is the reason for these processing activities?
We use this information in order to have a record of all visitors to our sites. This is for health and safety reasons (including for use in an emergency situation), as well as to protect and secure our site and assets.
What are the legal grounds you rely on to carry these out?
This processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company.

The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in managing and operating its business. This includes protecting its business and ensuring that its employees, contractors, workers and visitors are kept safe.

Your personal information is shared internally, as set out in this Notice (see “When do you share my personal information with others?” in the Overview section).
In addition, some of your personal information will be shared with our security supplier, shared externally in case of emergency as needed and as otherwise set out in this Notice (see “When do you share my personal information with others?” in the Overview section).
