Whether it was inspiring young people to pursue STEM careers, supporting the Armed Forces or getting stuck into local environmental projects, 2023 was a very busy year for the Air sector.

Our 2023 Giving Back summary shows the real impact of the funding and practical support we’ve provided to local charities. Many of the organisations supported by the Air sector were put forward by BAE Systems employees, who all share our commitment to improve our communities and create opportunity.

Beyond the impact we make as a major local employer, we are committed to making a real difference and providing opportunity in our local communities. We do this through charity partnerships, donations and in-kind support. We work with organisations that are aligned to our values, and support projects that make a positive and lasting impact.

This summary also reflects the hard work and dedication of our colleagues in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who have also invested hundreds of hours into volunteering and invested close to £20,000 in education and STEM projects.
