What processing activities do you undertake that include my personal information?
We undertake travel planning for our customers and contacts, which includes booking flights and making other travel arrangements.
What categories of personal information are included in these processing activities?
To manage travel arrangements, we process your Identity information, Contact information, Business information, Immigration information and Financial data.
In some countries and in some cases, we may also need to process special categories of personal information and criminal records information, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
What is the reason for these processing activities?
We use your personal information to make appropriate business travel arrangements for you.
What are the legal grounds you rely on to carry these out?
This processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company or its customers and contacts.

What are the ' legitimate interests' referred to above?
The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in managing and operating its business. This includes ensuring that appropriate business travel plans are made and administered.
In addition, the Company manages travel bookings when requested to do so by its customers and contacts. In such a case, the Company considers that such customer or contact has legitimate interests in doing so for the management and operation of its business.

Some of the personal information may come from the relevant customer or contact, your employer or any third party you have instructed to provide the information to us. Who do you share this personal information with?
Your personal information is shared internally, as set out in this Notice (see “When do you share my personal information with others?” in the Overview section). This would usually include Finance Services and those making the travel booking on your behalf.
In addition, some of your personal information will be shared externally with the relevant customer or contact, your employer, airport or travel operators, partners, other customers and suppliers and as otherwise set out in this Notice (see “When do you share my personal information with others?” in the Overview section).
