We undertake travel planning for our contractors and workers, which includes immigration arrangements, booking flights and making other travel arrangements.
This may also include relocation arrangements and other processing activities in connection with your role at the company.
What categories of personal information are included in these processing activities?
To manage travel arrangements, we process Staff related data, Data related to your engagement with the Company and Financial data.
For some countries, we may also be required to process special categories of personal information and criminal records information.
What is the reason for these processing activities?
We use your personal information to make appropriate business travel arrangements for you and to comply with immigration law requirements.
What are the legal grounds you rely on to carry these out?
This processing is necessary for the compliance with legal obligations to which the Company is subject.
This processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and the Company.
This processing is also necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company.
What are the ' legitimate interests' referred to above?
The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in managing its workforce and operating its business. This includes ensuring that appropriate business travel plans are made and administered.
The Company considers that it has a legitimate interest in complying with immigration law obligations it is subject to in any jurisdiction.

This processing is needed for carrying out our employment law obligations.
