Cross Domain Solutions: Secure Access Gateway

Our Secure Access Gateway connects networks of different security classifications or trust levels, whilst ensuring it does not introduce unacceptable risk.

Overview

The way that organisations access and manage essential services has changed, where individuals need to use the internet and web-based services for work and personal life. The traditional solution for high security networks has been to enable access to unclassified networks from separate network terminals. This requires an ongoing administration overhead, potentially impacting productivity and talent retention.

The Secure Access Gateway (SAG) is built upon the BAE Systems XTS® IRIS platform, a next-generation Cross Domain Solution (CDS). The SAG allows an organisation to take the next step in access capability, enabling their workforce to achieve higher productivity by securely connecting traditionally siloed networks.

The SAG connects networks of different security classifications or trust levels, whilst ensuring that this capability does not introduce unacceptable risk into the organisation through a combination of hardware-based security controls and human-factor features to assist users.

Benefits of Secure Access Gateway (SAG)
