Join our international supply chain

BAE System Australia’s Global Access Program (GAP) identifies and facilitates opportunities for Australian businesses to enter our international supply chain. We support Australian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to develop competitiveness, boost technology readiness level and navigate export control requirements.

Our goal is to grow and sustain sovereign capability through our global supply chain which spans more than 40 countries. The Global Access Program team is constantly looking for new and innovative technologies and advancements in capability to support our global programs. Due to the ever changing nature of our global program requirements, reach out to the GAP team to identify if there is a current export opportunity for your capability.

We deliver a series of industry training events throughout the year and all over the country. These cover topics such as Export Controls, Estimating and Pricing, CMMC and Supplier Quality Assurance. To register to attend our Industry Training sessions, view our ICN gateway.

In-country export opportunity assistance

We have team members in the UK and USA to support export opportunities for Australian SMEs. Our team members can facilitate meetings, organise site visits and provide in-country business development support for your business.

Navigating Defence Industry Handbook

This handbook has been developed alongside our Navigating Defence Series training and education program to support the development of Australia’s defence industry.

It is intended to be a resource for leaders of SMEs who are beginning their defence industry journey and would like to understand what is required, and what supports are available.
