Ivalua makes it easier to work with us and, with integration to JOSCAR, this enables a streamlined supplier management experience. This will bring significant benefits, simplifying how we connect and work with suppliers by reducing manual processes, improving communication through real-time collaboration and designed to create a more seamless, transparent and collaborative experience.

- JOSCAR remains valid and important, and will not be replaced or impacted. JOSCAR will be integrated to Ivalua.
As part of a broader multi-year transformation, we are introducing Ivalua as our new Source to Contract system. This transition will strengthen transparency and collaboration, while delivering a more efficient and consistent procurement experience for our suppliers. Ivalua will bring sourcing, contract management, and supplier management into a single secure environment, simplifying processes and improving end-to-end visibility.
We anticipate launching Source to Contract in Q2 2026 and will provide regular updates, information sessions, and guidance ahead and post go-live. Throughout this transition, our established relationships, qualification processes, and payment arrangements remain in place.
