Superannuation payments

We process information of the family of our employees, contractors and workers. This may include information of your spouse/partner and dependants, as appropriate. Your dependants may be under the age of 18, in which case you will be responsible for making decisions with respect to their information.

Before you provide information relating to your family and dependants to the Company, you must first inform them of the details set out in this Notice. This is to ensure that they understand what information you intend to provide to us, the processing activities that we will undertake and the purpose for the same.

Please note that in some cases and in some jurisdictions, we may provide medical, housing, schooling and other services to your family. If this is the case, we may seek their consent to any associated processing of information. This will be captured separately. Otherwise, the processing that we undertake of your family's information is set out below.

What processing activities do you undertake that include my family’s information?

We process information in order to facilitate the payment of death benefits to your next of kin.

What categories of information are included in these processing activities?

We process superannuation information, identity information, contact information and financial information.

The Company may process sensitive information in order to comply with superannuation laws.

What is the reason for these processing activities?

We use your family's information to assist with their entitlement to a superannuation payment.

To the extent that you did not get this information from me, how did you collect it?

Some of this information may come from your family directly, governmental authorities (such as tax authorities), legal advisers and the superannuation administrators.

We may also receive information from other sources as set out in this Notice.

Who do you share this information with?

This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.

In addition, some of your family's information will be shared with the superannuation administrator, governmental authorities (such as tax authorities) and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
