Our advanced GaAs and GaN processes, offered through our Foundry Services, produce high reliability, high performance Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) for DoD systems operating in extreme environments.
Our R&D team develops world class advanced GaAs & GaN integrated circuit technologies for the defense community, providing industry-leading performance for a wide range of applications.

Current and next generation military systems require high reliability, high performance microelectronics to meet demanding mission requirements across multiple platforms and domains.
