We sustain the Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Warfare Self-Protection (EWSP) systems for Boeing Defence Australia under Wedgetail’s Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) program.
We have provided sustainment support for the Wedgetail fleet since its introduction into service in 2011. We continue to play a key role in ensuring the aircraft are available and mission ready.
The E-7A Wedgetail continues to be the cornerstone in Australia’s national air defence capability and is a critical component of the Australian Defence Force’s ability to undertake joint air, land and sea missions in real-time.
Operated by No. 2 Squadron, the Air Force’s E-7A Wedgetail aircraft are based at RAAF Base Williamtown, near Newcastle.
Our Wedgetail Project Team is part of the world-leading electronic warfare sensors and effectors program based out of Edinburgh Parks in South Australia. From this facility, we provide engineering, field services, supply, maintenance and management support for the ESM and EWSP systems.
