Team Tempest, alongside the Royal Air Force and the wider UK defence industry, is committed to inspiring and developing future talent - “Generation Tempest” - with a strong focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

  • Since 2022, more than 3,000 apprentices and graduates have been recruited across Team Tempest partner organisations. Each partner offers a range of early careers pathways spanning apprenticeships, school leaver programmes, internships and graduate roles, with opportunities across engineering, manufacturing, business functions, digital, supply chain and more.
