We are committed to strengthening relationships and investing in the communities in which we live and work. We support programmes that are closely connected to our business, from working with charities that support armed forces personnel and their families, to encouraging young people to study science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects and pursue engineering and technology careers.
We support organisations that are aligned with our business and values, and direct our activities through three main global criteria: Our Customer; Education and the future workforce; and, Community. We contribute in the form of financial donations or sponsorship, in-kind support, employee payroll giving, volunteering and fundraising. Globally we contributed more than £10m during 2020 to local, national and international charities and not-for-profit organisations, continuing our strong track record in the area.
