Cowes

Your way, your work, your life
Sitting in a microclimate in the English Channel, the Isle of Wight is a smaller, warmer version of the mainland, with a special character all of its own.

Spoilt for sandy beaches and coves to explore, sail and surf in, the Island offers a wonderful and independent minded lifestyle.

Our office

Our base is in Cowes, home of the Cowes Week regatta, which attracts thousands of competitors from Olympic champions to amateur sailors. We provide a workplace that supports our culture, offering facilities to enable our people to deliver great work in a well-resourced and creative environment. It’s well served by public transport from across the island.

You’ll be spoilt with award winning restaurants, vineyards and breweries on the Isle of Wight, not to mention a world famous ice cream parlour. Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle offer a rich slice of history and families are well catered for with an extraordinary range of activities from steam trains to theme parks, including the cliff top Blackgang Chine with its famous dinosaurs.

The Isle of Wight Festival has seen everyone from Jimi Hendrix to Arcade Fire perform and the annual VDub gathering and Ventnor Fringe join an events calendar with an embarrassment of cultural riches to keep you entertained.

Car and passenger ferries connect to the mainland from ports around the Island. The fastest route involves the only hovercraft service currently operating in the world and takes just 10 minutes. You can also be in Portsmouth in 22 minutes on a passenger catamaran, where trains connect directly to London. Other crossings run across the Solent to and from Southampton and Lymington.
