Our Community Impact program is a core part of the company’s ongoing commitment to support under-resourced groups within our communities. The program focuses on advancing the work of nonprofit organizations that provide BAE Systems’ neighbors with essential human services during times of critical need.
BAE Systems has been an avid supporter and partner of FIRST for more than 25 years. Our partnership with FIRST inspires young people to be science and technology leaders and innovators – engaging them in programs that build STEM skills, inspire innovation, and foster leadership. We currently sponsor more than 160 robotics teams across the United States, provide scholarships to participants, and work with FIRST to help fuel the STEM talent pipeline.
