3U-VPX Platform Development System
BAE Systems and Seagate developed the Space Storage Platform Development System, a benchtop development module containing our 7.68 TB (61 Terabit, 61,000 Gigabit) 3U-VPX solid-state drive. Available in PCIe interface versions, the system allows for engineers, computer scientists, and technicians to perform software design, development, and testing using hardware with the same interface and form-factor as our space-grade versions of these products.
Our 3U-VPX drive is ready to mount within your compliant 3U-VPX chassis. This development system is pathfinder c/d variant with a Seagate Secure™ FIPS-140 option including native data-at-rest with AES-256 encryption. This will be available to the market in Q3 2026
