We want to update you on how BAE Systems is evolving our company to best align our capabilities even more closely with your needs and the markets we serve.  Effective July 30, 2026, we realigned our four BAE Systems Inc. Sectors into two optimized Segments: Aerospace & Mission Systems and Platform & Services.

As part of this realignment the current Space & Mission Systems sector will integrate with the Electronic Systems sector as a Division within a new Segment. This new Segment will be named Aerospace & Mission Systems. Similarly, the current Intelligence & Security sector will integrate with the Platforms & Services sector as a Division within a new Segment, continuing under the Platforms & Services name.

By bringing our complementary businesses closer together, we can better connect expertise and technology across our enterprise. This structure strengthens our ability to provide integrated solutions and delivers increased value while also better leveraging our common global customers and market access to build on the scale of a larger integrated business for the future.

Importantly, you will continue to work with the teams and people you know and trust, while gaining even greater access to the full strength and capabilities of our company.  As we are not changing our legal entities, this organizational change will not impact current contracts or subcontracts as we will continue to execute all existing agreements as we are today.

Our dedication to our customers, partners, and suppliers remains unchanged. This evolution is about building a stronger, more agile company, better positioned to support your needs today and partner with you for the long term.
