Ship Repair in San Diego awarded more than $95 million in contract modifications to repair a total of four ships from U.S. Navy.

The U.S. Navy has awarded BAE Systems Ship Repair in San Diego more than $95 million in contract modifications to repair a total of four ships: the USS New Orleans (LPD 18), the USS Milius (DDG 69), the USS Bunker Hill (CG 52) and the USS Cape St. George (CG 71).

In each case, the team will provide various services, such maintenance, alterations and modifications, to update and improve upon the ships’ military and technical capabilities.

The work is expected to be completed between March and July of next year.
