Joanna Cangianelli joins BAE Systems from Lockheed Martin Corporation, where she spent 17 years and held a succession of positions supporting business development. Most recently, she served as Capture Management director for Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems & Global Solutions Defense Division, securing and winning a number of programs including a $4.6 billion contract with the Defense Information Support Agency. Cangianelli also served as director of Lockheed Martin’s Data, Analytics and Services business area, where she was responsible for pipeline development, capture management, new business growth and execution, and business strategy.
Manish Parikh also joins the company from Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he most recently served as the deputy vice president, director of operations. He has more than 20 years of experience providing organizational, business, and technical leadership in IT service management and software development, and helped expand the company into profitable business portfolios.
