Based across our Filton and Towcester sites, the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) business delivers high-tech solutions for air, land and sea. We have a proven track record of working in close collaboration with international customers and across the wider BAE Systems enterprise, in support of national priorities with customers including Kongsberg, SAAB, Rolls Royce and MDBA. We also support the Type 26 Global Combat Ship and Typhoon aircraft.
Towcester
Microwave Materials are materials whose properties are specifically important when interacting with microwaves. At our Towcester site we focus on highly specialized, advanced materials and manufacturing including:

Filton
At our Filton site we specially in micro and nano technologies which are extremely small: micro (millionths of a meter) and nano (billionths of a meter). Specialist areas of focus include:

Specialist lightweight resins and foams for integration into fast-jet nose cones and environmental covers for antennas and sensors.
