Serving the F-35 enterprise

We have a proven track record of delivering sustainment on world-leading combat aircraft and play a leading role in delivering support to the global F-35 fleet.

The F-35 enterprise depends on air vehicles and systems that work dependably and can be repaired quickly and cost effectively. To effectively serve the F-35 enterprise, our programme teams focus their efforts to do whatever is necessary to ensure products and systems meet mission requirements for their entire service life. We have established logistics systems and repair networks to effectively and efficiently support the F-35 today and into the future. With approximately 20% of the overall F-35 fleet in-service, our teams in the UK, US and Australia are prepared for a rapid growth in the number of aircraft going in to service with air forces around the world. Keeping this fleet flying through spares and repairs, technical support and training, as well as engineering know-how, will be crucial to our customers. Our sustainment focus is on readiness, relevancy and affordability. We are part of the emerging global sustainment network to support the growing F-35 fleet.

Readiness and availability

We are committed to warfighter readiness in peacetime and wartime.

Because of our global presence, we are able to ensure global, regional and national support to the F-35, ensuring that our products and services are available, whenever and wherever they are needed. Innovative, performanced-based solutions enable us to assure material and aircraft availability, such as the AN/ASQ-239 EW System. We are expanding availability-based support to all of our products including:

Vehicle management computer
Active Inceptor System
Life support system
Escape systems
Fuel systems
Flight controls

We are the first to introduce performance-based, product support provider material availability for the electronic warfare system. In collaboration with global F-35 customers, this innovative support solution ensures the right material is in the right place, ensuring the highest level of global readiness.

Establishing repair networks to enable regional support of the F-35 has been a priority. As a company we are leading the efforts to integrate repair networks within the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific, ensuring readiness and affordability. These networks enable air vehicle and component maintenance repair and overhaul across the globe.
