The UK's longest-running science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) roadshow for schools has launched its 18th annual season with space as its central theme for 2023.

Around 18,000 young people from across Lancashire will benefit from a £500,000 investment from BAE Systems over the next three years, supporting Chorley based CREATE Education to expand its digital skills education programme in the region.

Charles Woodburn, BAE Systems Chief Executive, has taken on the role of Chair of Movement to Work, a charitable organisation, which brings together some of the UK’s biggest businesses to tackle youth unemployment and drive social change.
