DC members
If you joined since April 2012 you will be a member of a defined contribution (DC) pension scheme via the Mercer Master Trust.
Depending on your employer you can find your Member Booklet below.
DB members
If you joined before April 2012 you will have been offered membership of a defined benefit (DB) pension scheme. If you are unsure about which scheme you are in please refer to the Quick help section.

DB members with DC savings
All DB members in pensionable service are able to pay Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) on a defined contribution (DC) basis to the completely separate arrangement with the Mercer Master Trust (MMT) called the BAE Systems Additional Retirement Savings Plan.
If you are a member of the BAE Systems Pension Scheme with Level 100+ benefits your employer will automatically pay a fixed percentage of your salary into the MMT on your behalf.
