Target existence and address verifications

It is important that the Trustees of the BAE Systems pension schemes perform regular tracing activities, this is to verify the continued existence of our members and also to ensure up to date address details are held. Target work alongside the Pensions Administrator to carry out tracing activities for all members.

If you are a deferred member and Target are unable to verify your address, they will contact you in order to do so. 

If you are a pensioner who lives overseas, Target will contact you on an annual basis to verify your existence and address. 

Target will also contact pensioners to verify their continued existence where pensions has been temporarily suspended due to loss of contact.   

Where an email address has been provided to the scheme’s administrator, Target will make contact digitally.    

Please be assured that Target only have access to the necessary information required to carry out the tracing and verification agreed with the Trustees. Your data remains secure and will not be shared with any other party outside of the Trustees administrators.
