The council contains 10 BAE Systems members across the business, including representation from Quality, Supplier Partnerships, and Engineering, as well as 10 supplier partner members.
Biannual Supplier Survey

Annual Supplier Awards
BAE Systems’ Partner2Win program is designed to achieve operational excellence and eliminate defects in its supply chain by raising the bar of performance expectations to meet the demand of current and future customers.
Suppliers are recognized annually for objective criteria based on their overall Partner2Win scorecard rating.
Supplier Connect
Subcontractor Access to Shared Technical Documents and Processing of CFRs.
Supplier Connect is intended for users who are external to BAE Systems but need to access shared technical project documents and the ability to process Condition Found Reports (CFRs). This portal replaces the Ship Repair Document Access Portal (SRDAP) for external users.
The Supplier Connect portal provides two primary functions for external users:
- Access to shared technical project documents such as, but not limited to:
- Work Specifications
- Drawings
- Technical Manuals
- Engineering Service Requests (ESRs)
- Request for Contract Changes (RCCs)
- Ability to Create, Edit, Submit, and monitor CFRs
- This is new functionality for external users that eliminates the necessity for submittal of CFRs via email and requesting of status updates for previously submitted CFRs to and from your respective project teams.
To access the Supplier Connect site, you must be registered through Exostar: extsrdap.casg@baesystems.com
HICX Supplier Onboarding Portal
The HICX Portral is a supplier management tool for mutual supplier/prime success. It is one place for all suppliers to access the services and information needed to work with BAE Systems.
For access, please contact your local Shipyard Subcontract Manager or email srsuppliers.casg@baesystems.us
Terms & Conditions
The BAE Systems Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference in your Purchase Order or Subcontract, as well as the "Interim/Additional Terms and Conditions". On the website linked below you will find documents that may be applicable to your Purchase order or Subcontract. It is highly recommended that you open these files rather than save them to disk, as new versions with updated terms and conditions will be uploaded periodically.
