Tom Arseneault

President & Chief Executive Officer of BAE Systems, Inc.

Tom Arseneault is president and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc., the company’s U.S.-based, international defense, aerospace, and security company with nearly 41,500 employees and major operations in the U.S., UK, and Sweden. Ranking among the top 10 prime contractors to the U.S. Department of War, the company generated sales of $18.6 billion in 2025, delivering a full range of products and services across a broad and diverse portfolio for air, land, space and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, commercial avionics, security, IT solutions and support services. Arseneault is also an executive director on the BAE Systems plc Board of Directors, a member of the company’s Executive Committee, and an officer director on the BAE Systems, Inc. Board of Directors.

Throughout his career, Arseneault has led complex organizations responsible for fulfilling critical and technologically challenging missions. Recently he served as president and COO for the organization and was integral to its return to profitable growth. Previously, he was president of the company’s Electronic Systems sector, responsible for operations spanning the commercial and defense electronics markets, and its extensive portfolio of mission critical electronic systems. He also served as executive vice president of BAE Systems’ Product Sectors, responsible for articulating and executing a vision that drove optimal business performance across the Electronic Systems and legacy Land & Armaments businesses.

Prior to his senior leadership appointments, Arseneault managed various organizations and programs for Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company, and he remained with the unit when it was acquired by BAE Systems in 2000. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of engineering and program management positions with General Electric and TASC.

He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Boston University.

Terry Crimmins

President, Electronic Systems

Terry Crimmins is president of the BAE Systems Electronic Systems sector, which is headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire, and employs approximately 16,600 employees across 26 major sites. He is responsible for the sector's operations across its broad portfolio of vehicle and mission critical electronic systems from flight and engine controls to electronic warfare, night vision systems, surveillance and reconnaissance sensors, mobile networked-communications equipment, geospatial imagery intelligence products and systems, mission management and power and energy management systems.
 
Crimmins joined BAE Systems in 2001, holding product line director and deputy general manager positions in the company's Infrared Imaging business. During his time with the company, he has served as vice president of Strategy for Electronic Systems facilitating consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property development. He most recently served as vice president and deputy general manager of the Electronic Systems sector and previously led the Survivability, Targeting, & Sensing Solutions business area, which is focused on electro-optical/infrared products.
 
Before joining BAE Systems, Crimmins held management positions in both the consumer and medical electronics industries. These responsibilities included engineering, offshore manufacturing, and business development.
 
He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Jeremy Tondreault

President, Platforms & Services

Jeremy Tondreault is the president of BAE Systems Platforms & Services, overseeing six U.S. and international business areas that produce combat vehicles, gun systems, and munitions and provide naval ship modernization and repair. He reports to Tom Arseneault, president and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc.

Platforms & Services is headquartered in Falls Church, Va., and is one of four sectors in BAE Systems, Inc. employing approximately 12,200 people around the world with major operations across more than 20 sites in Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Tondreault has held numerous senior leadership positions since joining BAE Systems in 1996 as a mechanical engineer. Throughout his career with the company, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility within program management, engineering, operations, and line management to develop, produce, and deliver highly complex products. Most recently he served as vice president and general manager of the Combat Mission Systems business, focusing on the development, production, and integration of products and systems to provide advanced solutions across ground, amphibious, and maritime platforms to meet customers’ mission requirements.

Previously, Tondreault was vice president of Operations for the company’s Electronic Systems sector, where he provided critical leadership toward achieving Operational Excellence. These efforts included launching the Partner 2 Win program focused on supply chain excellence, delivering a $100 million Ramp-to-Rate effort to modernize factories and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to ramp up production rates while improving quality and cost.

Tondreault received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University, and he earned a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, as well as a master's degree in System Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Al Whitmore

President, Intelligence & Security

I&S is comprised of 6,400 employees across the United States and abroad. I&S provides large-scale systems engineering, integration, and sustainment services across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains for the U.S. Department of War, intelligence community, federal civilian agencies, and troops deployed around the world.
 
Prior to joining BAE Systems, Al spent more than three decades at General Dynamics and its predecessor in positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was senior vice president of the Global Solutions Division for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). Al successfully led an organization focused on providing IT solutions and professional services to the Department of Defense, state and local, and commercial customers. Additionally, Al led the establishment and sat on the board of RGNext, a GD/Raytheon joint venture which secured a major Air Force space program valued at more than $1 billion.
 
Al’s previous roles at General Dynamics include Senior Vice President of GDIT’s Navy and Air Force Systems Division, Vice President of General Dynamics Networks Systems’ Air Force and Navy Solutions, and Vice President of General Dynamics C4 Systems’ General Dynamics Interactive. Prior to General Dynamics’ acquisition of GTE Government Systems in 1999, Al spent approximately 15 years in a number of business development and strategic leadership positions with GTE Government Systems and GTE Laboratories.
 
Al earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University. He is an executive committee member of the international board of directors of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).

Dave Kaufman

President, Space & Mission Systems

Dr. Dave Kaufman is the president of BAE Systems, Inc. Space & Mission Systems sector, which is headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, and employs approximately 4,600 people. Kaufman is responsible for the sector’s operations across a broad portfolio of spacecraft, instruments, ground systems, sensors, tactical systems, operations, data analytics and more.
 
Previously, Kaufman was a senior vice president for Ball Corporation and the president of Ball Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ball Corporation that was acquired by BAE Systems, Inc. Dr. Kaufman has served in numerous leadership roles within the Space & Mission Systems sector, including chief operating officer and vice president and general manager of the sector’s business area focused on delivering space system solutions to the defense and intelligence communities.
 
During his three-decade industry career, Kaufman has served in leadership positions for a variety of space system programs including DARPA’s Orbital Express NEXTSat/CSC and the U.S. Air Force Space Test Program Standard Interface Vehicle. He began his aerospace career as a thermal engineer at Hughes Space & Communications Co. in El Segundo, California, and was awarded two patents for his research and development work.
 
Kaufman is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is also appointed to the National Space Council’s User Advisory Group (UAG), where he will serve to enable a robust and responsible U.S. space enterprise and preserve space for current and future generations.
 
He received a B.S. in mathematics from Willamette University, a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, and a M.S. and Ph. D. in mechanical engineering from the California Institute of Technology.

Mona Bates

Senior Vice President, Chief Information and Digital Officer

Mona Bates is senior vice president and Chief Information and Digital Officer for BAE Systems, Inc., the company’s U.S.-based, international defense, aerospace, and security company with nearly 41,500 employees and major operations in the U.S., UK, and Sweden. 
 
In this role, Bates will be a member of the BAE Systems, Inc., senior leadership team, reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer Tom Arseneault. She will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s technology and digital strategies to advance business priorities, optimize operations, and enhance the user experience. Bates will also lead the BAE Systems, Inc. IT function and play a key role in shaping the company’s digital transformation agenda and aligning our technology investments with evolving business needs to unlock new capabilities for our workforce and our customers.
 
Bates has more than 20 years of IT and business expertise across industry and government, 15 years of which were with RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies) companies where she most recently served as the Chief Digital Officer for Collins Aerospace.
 
Bates received her bachelor’s degree in computer networking from Regis University and her master’s of business administration in information technology management from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.

Anjali Chaturvedi

Vice President and Chief Ethics Officer

Anjali Chaturvedi is vice president and chief ethics officer for BAE Systems, Inc., the company’s U.S.-based, international defense, aerospace, and security company with nearly 41,500 employees and major operations in the U.S., UK, and Sweden. She also serves on the Inc. Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting to the company’s general counsel, Chaturvedi is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the company’s ethics program, to ensure that the company’s values guide its operations and culture.

Prior to her current role, Chaturvedi served as vice president and associate general counsel for litigation and investigations at BAE Systems, Inc.  Prior to joining the company in January 2024, she was appointed to serve as a deputy assistant attorney general in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. 

Chaturvedi has worked in all three branches of government and private practice.  In the private sector, she held senior leadership roles at Northrop Grumman and BP.  She was also a white-collar partner at Nixon Peabody LLP.  Her career started in public service where she was an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington D.C. and Northern California for twelve years.  She also served as counsel to the late Senator Dianne Feinstein on the Senate Judiciary Committee.  Her first legal job was as a judicial law clerk in the D.C. Superior Court. 

Chaturvedi followed in her father’s footsteps as a professor when she taught trial advocacy and criminal procedure at the Georgetown University Law Center and the University of California College of Law, San Francisco.  She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and Cornell University.

Hope Damphousse

Senior Vice President, Communications

Hope Damphousse is the senior vice president of Communications for BAE Systems, Inc., which employs nearly 41,500 employees with major operations in the United States, United Kingdom, and Sweden, and generated 2025 sales of $18.6 billion. 
 
In this role, Damphousse is responsible for leading all facets of the company’s communications, including executive communications, marketing, media relations, financial communications, employee communications and engagement, community investment, and digital media. She is a member of the BAE Systems, Inc. senior leadership team and the BAE Systems plc Global Communications Council.
 
Damphousse has been with BAE Systems and its legacy companies since 2008. Most recently, Damphousse was vice president of Strategic Operations for the BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems business where she led the organization’s customer and stakeholder relations, strategic planning and partnerships, and marketing and communications. She also oversaw the Space & Mission Systems Washington, D.C. office to drive business priorities forward through public policy, regulatory, customer, and industry activities.
 
Previously, Damphousse served as a legislative advisor to U.S. Senator Robert Bennett of Utah and U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky.
 
Damphousse received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and economics from Brigham Young University. She is active in the broader aerospace and Washington, D.C. communities and serves on numerous boards and committees.

Alice Eldridge

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

Alice Eldridge is senior vice president, General Counsel and Secretary of BAE Systems, Inc., responsible for all legal matters associated with BAE Systems, Inc. and its businesses, which collectively employ nearly 41,500 employees in the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, and generated sales of $18.6 billion in 2025. In this role, she is also responsible for the organization's Contracts, Security, Ethics, Compliance and Export Control functions. Additionally, Eldridge is a member of the BAE Systems, Inc. Board of Directors.

With more than 25 years of legal experience, Eldridge was appointed to this position after serving seven years as vice president and Chief Counsel for BAE Systems, Inc. Platforms & Services sector, comprised of the Combat Vehicles, Weapons Systems, Ship Repair, Protection Systems, Ordnance Systems, and Hägglunds business units. In this role, she led the sector’s legal team as an integral facet of the business, providing strategic and subject matter guidance throughout the pursuit, capture and performance of U.S. Government contracts, as well as international direct commercial and foreign military sales contracts for programs in Sweden, Australia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore, Japan and Korea.

Prior to joining BAE Systems in 2012, Eldridge held a number of leadership positions in the legal function for Lockheed Martin Corporation. She was General Counsel for the Systems Integration and Tactical Systems divisions. During her tenure, she also served as vice president of Ethics and Business Conduct with responsibility for managing the corporation’s ethics program, which is internationally recognized as a model for promoting adherence to high standards of individual and business conduct. Before her nearly two decades with Lockheed Martin, Eldridge gained experience in government contracting as an associate with the law firms of Howrey & Simon and Davis, Graham & Stubbs.

Eldridge earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Vermont at Burlington, and she holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the George Washington University, National Law Center in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Maryland and Washington, D.C. bar associations, the American Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsels Association.

In the community, she has been active on boards for the Montgomery County Adult English Literacy Council, the Broome County (N.Y.) Urban League, and the Owego, N.Y. Growing Years Children’s Center. Eldridge also served as Chair of the International Forum on Business Ethical Conduct from 2009 to 2011.

Leslie Jelalian

Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development

Leslie Jelalian is senior vice president of Strategy & Corporate Development for BAE Systems, Inc., where she leads the development of strategic actions and initiatives to shape our $18.6 billion U.S.-based business portfolio both organically and through acquisition.

In this role, she is responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives to deliver sustainable growth through organic investments, acquisitions, as well as domestic and international business procurements. These actions enable the organization to protect its core businesses and pursue new and adjacent opportunities in existing and emerging markets.

Jelalian has been with the company for more than 30 years and has served in multiple line and functional leadership positions in engineering, program management, and strategy development. She began her BAE Systems career as a design engineer before transitioning to program management. Prior to her current headquarters role, she served the Electronic Systems sector in multiple positions including the vice president/general manager of the Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) business, vice president of Engineering, and vice president of Strategy and Planning.

Jelalian earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She also has a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. She was selected for numerous BAE Systems leadership development programs including the North America Leadership Development Program, Delta Program, and Advanced General Managers Program.

Jelalian was honored by the Boston Business Journal and the Mass High Tech Council as one of twenty “Women to Watch” and by the Nashua Telegraph (NH) as one of “The Next 20.” She has received the Association of Old Crows Technology Hall of Fame Award, the New England Council’s Leadership Award to Women in Business, Nashua YWCA’s Leadership Award, and the University of Massachusetts’ Women in Engineering Outstanding Alumna Award.

She currently serves on the Board for AFCEA International and has previously served on a number of boards of directors that have included those for Home Health and Hospice of Southern NH; Salvation Army of Nashua, NH; Girls Inc. of New Hampshire; Project SAVE; Worcester Polytechnic Institute of College of Arts; UNH College of Engineering and Physical Sciences Advisory Board; and UMass College of Engineering.

Michelle Murphy

Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Michelle Murphy is senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer for BAE Systems, Inc., the company’s U.S.-based, international defense, aerospace, and security business that generated 2025 sales of $18.6 billion and employs nearly 41,500 people around the world, with major operations in the United States, United Kingdom, and Sweden.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Murphy is responsible for developing and executing a multi-dimensional human capital strategy to ensure continued business success. Additionally, she leads the company’s environmental, health and safety strategy, and serves as a member of the global HR and ESG councils. Prior to this position, she served as the vice president of Human Resources and held administration roles for the Intelligence & Security and Support Solutions sectors of BAE Systems, Inc.

Murphy has an extensive background in human resources, including more than 15 years at Northrop Grumman, where she served as the corporate director of executive compensation and human resources. During her time at Northrop Grumman, she led human resources activities for domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, and, over the course of eight years, handled human resources and administration for Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems, Space Technology and Missile Systems business areas.

Murphy earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and she is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Tara Olivet

Tara Olivet

Senior Vice President, Finance

Tara Olivet is senior vice president of Finance for BAE Systems, Inc. In this role she is responsible for the financial strategies, processes, and operations of the company’s U.S.-based businesses, which employ nearly 41,500 employees in the United States, United Kingdom, and Sweden, and generated 2025 sales of $18.6 billion.

During her 20-year tenure with BAE Systems, Olivet has held numerous roles across the global enterprise including vice president of Finance for Platforms & Service, as well as the Controller and vice president of Internal Audit for BAE Systems, Inc. Prior to her leadership of Internal Audit, she was the Finance Director for the UK Aircraft Carrier Alliance – which built and delivered the Queen Elizabeth Class carriers to the Royal Navy. 

Olivet earned her MBA from Georgetown University, a Certificate in Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Brad Pelachyk

Senior Vice President, Chief Global Supply Chain Officer

Brad Pelachyk is senior vice president and chief global supply chain officer for BAE Systems. He serves as a member of the Inc. Senior Leadership Team and is chair of the BAE Systems plc Global Supply Chain Council. In this role, he leads the company’s efforts to build strong and resilient supplier relationships to maintain a sustainable supply chain across its international business, to enable our people to deliver for its customers.
 
Pelachyk brings more than 30 years of global procurement and supply chain experience to the role. Most recently he served as the company’s vice president of supply chain, overseeing operational efficiency across the value chain, emphasizing procurement savings, supplier risk mitigation, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining BAE Systems, Inc., Pelachyk held leadership roles at Thales Group and FIAT Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Northwood University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.

Reggie Robinson

Senior Vice President, Government Relations

Reginald Robinson is senior vice president of Government Relations for BAE Systems, Inc., responsible for all legislative affairs and government relations for the company, which collectively employs nearly 41,500 employees across major operations in the U.S., UK, and Sweden, that generated sales of $18.6 billion in 2025. Robinson is also a member of the BAE Systems, Inc. Board of Directors.
 
He previously served as the vice president of Executive Branch and International Government Relations, where he was the company’s primary liaison to the Executive Branch, including the Pentagon, State Department, Intelligence Community and the White House. He also supported the entire company covering foreign military sales and direct commercial sales through engagement with the U.S. government and foreign embassies. 
 
Prior to joining BAE Systems, Robinson enjoyed a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, retiring in 2014 at the rank of Colonel.
 
He served as a Group Commander, deployed Deputy Group Commander, Squadron Commander, and his extensive experience includes assignments as a planner and strategist on the Joint Staff, a military advisor to the President’s Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan at the State Department, as a military fellow in the House of Representatives, as well as a number of acquisitions and policy related roles.
 
He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, and holds a master’s degree in finance from Bentley University. His is also a graduate of Air Command and Staff College and Air War College. His awards include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal and numerous Superior Honor and Meritorious Honor awards from the Department of State.
