Rewards and benefits
You can expect a starting basic salary similar to our professional employees as well as a 25% housing allowance of the basic salary, a fixed amount of transportation allowance and a comprehensive medical plan. Once completing the programme, individuals will be appointed to a professional role within the business and will be paid as our professional employees based on our professional salary scale which is a competitor to our peers with the market.
