  • Service recognition

We formally acknowledge our employees for their contribution by awarding a service recognition award upon reaching service anniversaries.

We value the unique skills and perspectives our people bring and we're committed to building an inclusive, respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong. Our behaviours bring our values to life—guiding how we work, support each other, and make decisions every day. They help create an inclusive, positive environment where everyone can thrive—and are what we look for in anyone joining our team.
