  • An excellent starting salary – You’ll earn £34,000 a year as an engineering graduate, plus a £2,000 welcome payment. Better still, you can choose to receive 20% of your annual salary in advance.

These include our state-of-the-art facility in Barrow-in-Furness, home to the largest shipyard in the country and our pioneering Academy for Skills and Knowledge.

Here at the edge of the beautiful Lake District National Park, we are building the next generation of Royal Navy submarines and training the engineers of the future.

Many more engineering graduates will find a new home at our Warton and Samlesbury sites, near Preston, our engineering hub in Brough, Yorkshire and our iconic Portsmouth HQs on the south coast.
