As a Graduate Engineer you would be expected to be involved in a number of areas in order to develop a broad understanding of the Through-Life Support Engineering function. Work in a fast growing discipline applying systems and supportability engineering principles to the development of concepts and designs for customer service operations. You’ll gain experience across a number of vital defence programmes providing next-generation capability for the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy.
As a graduate ILS Engineer you will develop an understanding of Initial Provisioning and its application with Maritime Services. You will assist in the creation and subsequent delivery of contractual deliverables i.e. Spares and S&TE Reports. You will work alongside experienced Engineers in NATO Codification activities through screening, e-task submissions and progress recording & reporting.
As a Graduate you will be able to bring your skills and knowledge into these domains, specialising or integrating across products and tools. You will have opportunities to work on different stages of a product lifecycle, you'll take the lead in systems integration and testing, qualification and acceptance.
