After navigating infertility and IVF while balancing a demanding career, Lisa found that support from her manager, colleagues and workplace policies made a difficult journey feel less isolating. Now a co-lead of BAE Systems' Reproductive Health & Fertility Group, she's using her experience to help create understanding and support others facing similar challenges.

After joining BAE Systems as a summer intern and industrial placement student, Parisha returned as a graduate systems engineer. Today, she's helping shape future defence capability while building the skills, confidence and network to thrive in engineering.
