We welcome over 100 graduates each year to roles in Engineering, Consulting and Project Management. The project-driven nature of the business means that we don't just have one intake; you are able to join in January, February, September or October.

Your Learning and Development 

 
After an induction with other graduates to orientate you in the Applied Intelligence field, you will join a four week Work Ready Programme which is designed to give you development time before starting in your roles. You will gain an insight into real life projects, together with coaching from experienced colleagues. It's not all work no play; there will be fun activities to enjoy!
 
Your manager ensures your skills are continually developed and enhanced, and regular social events and forums help you learn and network with the diverse community of peers at BAE Systems. When you finish the scheme, you will be ready to take on a role as a professional within your chosen specialist area.

What you'll need

 
To join the Applied Intelligence team, you must have or be on track for a 2:2 Bachelor's degree and at least 128 UCAS points. We will consider any degree subject, although STEM subjects are required for engineering roles. We’ll also look for you to demonstrate exceptional problem solving and analytical skills and have the flexibility and resilience to thrive at BAE Systems.

We ask all candidates to apply online to ensure our selection process is completely fair and consistent.
 
Your online application will undergo a variety of selection methods, either online or face-to-face, and if successful it is likely you will be invited to an assessment centre.
 
The start date for the Applied Intelligence Future Talent roles will depend on the project you apply for.
