Adding to the manufacturing progress being made in Australia, a new machine tool is now up and running at our facility in Adelaide producing high end titanium components which will form part of the vertical tails and the overall manufacturing plan for Australia.

This new Australian twin spindle Long Spars & Longeron (LSL) machine tool is only the second one of it’s kind in the world; the first machine was installed at our F35 machining facility in Samlesbury, Lancashire in 2012 having been designed jointly by the manufacturer Starrag and our own engineers.
