Key accomplishments in 2021 include:

- Growing employee resource group membership by 11%.
- Embedding accountability for DEI within all people leaders’ performance and development objectives.
- Launching a new sponsorship program for people of color.
“I’m proud of the collective actions our employees and senior leaders have taken to progress diversity, equity, and inclusion across our workforce, our culture, and the communities we serve,” said Dana Rixter, chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer for BAE Systems, Inc. “This report reflects the caring, holistic approach that’s guiding our steadfast commitment to be a company where every employee is represented, supported, and valued.”
The report also shares information about BAE Systems’ development and educational opportunities and tools, community investment initiatives, and employee resource groups.
