BAE Systems is Principal Partner for the show’s Future Talent Programme which is supporting the development of talent for the strategic evolution of the Kingdom’s defence and security sector. At the show, young people and STEM students will be able to get advice to help explore and progress their careers in the defence and security sector. Future Talent Day will be held at the show on 9 March.
With interoperability and multi-domain capabilities at the heart of the future battlespace, BAE Systems has also partnered with World Defense Show to support the Command & Control Centre exhibit which will showcase how rapid, informed decisions will be made in the changing battlespace. Several of the Company’s current and in-development capabilities to equip commanders with advanced information management and Command & Control across the multi-domain environment can be seen at the centre.

This includes the Eurofighter Typhoon, state-of-the-art synthetic training and mission-critical advanced electronic systems. The Company will also showcase combat vehicles, proven artillery capabilities, autonomous maritime capabilities and information advantage and network and data protection technologies.
Alongside these will be Future Combat Air capabilities plus several sustainable concepts and in-development technologies including the T-650 electric heavy lift Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and the PHASA-35 solar-electric High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE UAV).
Proudly demonstrating progress through partnership and its commitment to localisation, BAE Systems will also be participating along with its Saudi Arabian partner companies, BAE Systems SDT, ISE and SMSCMC.
Celebrating development through the transfer of knowledge, skills and technology, BAE Systems’ partner companies will be showcasing a range of local capabilities covering training and development, information advantage and data security as well as supply chain management.
