Mark Kane (BAE Systems SDT Managing Director, CEO – SDT) recently outlined the business’ key strategy of recruiting both graduates and experienced professionals to create a blend of youth and experience within the company.
Mr Kane, who joined the business in October last year, said: "As a company which specialises in training and development, we realise the great potential we have to play in supporting the Kingdom and its national objectives. By establishing a team of young, talented Saudis we believe we are in a great position to help our business further expand and make even greater contributions to the country.”
BAE Systems SDT is already attracting a significant number of highly-qualified Saudis by offering incentives and training which are designed to position employees for future development and growth through their careers.
In recent months, the business has opened a range of channels to attract young Saudis of both genders who want to develop their abilities within the business. This has included attending careers events offered by universities both in the Kingdom and internationally to showcase the opportunities available through the company.
