BAE Systems Saudi Arabia has launched its Graduate Scheme for 2018. The program welcomes twenty five people onto the scheme, all of who have graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s qualifications.
Mohammed Al-Azwari, VP Human Resources, said that such programs are a key part of the business’ objectives aligned to technology transfer and capability development in the Kingdom. Through the Scheme, graduates are trained in line with international best practice for two years using latest tools and techniques. As they progress through the programme, Trainees travel to the UK to undergo more advanced stages of skills and leadership development.
New graduates expressed their delight as they enrolled in the scheme, stating that it would provide them with an opportunity to practice and consolidate their knowledge. They added that it would improve their job skills and help them acquire new experiences that would help prepare them for leadership roles.
The Graduate Scheme commenced in 1992. So far, 400 employees graduated from the program, including individuals holding senior positions inside the company and in the Saudi private sector.
