Our Policy covers the following requirements:

  • Set and communicate relevant quality objectives and monitor, evaluate, review and report performance;
  • Deploy and maintain risk-based Quality Management System;
  • Delegate quality accountability and agree underpinning capability and resource to ensure quality, including the prevention of defects;
  • Investigate all quality issues; and
  • Ensure quality commitments made to all customers are understood.
