Pursuit of Export Opportunities Policy summary

Defence exports are restricted by law and by government licensing. 

The Company operates decision-making and principles-based Polices and processes to ensure it Exports responsibly and in accordance with government licensing.

Our Pursuit of Export Opportunities Policy guides our employees and businesses in evaluating both defence and civil Export opportunities in existing and potential Export markets. Compliance with this Policy is required when acting as a prime or sub contractor.

Our Policy covers the following requirements:

• That existing business processes (including records management), governance structures, and business reviews are used to ensure relevant trading issues are escalated to the appropriate level; and
• For ongoing engagement and consultation when considering Export opportunities.
