The Health and Safety of Company employees, contractors and the wider communities in which the Group operates is a primary area of focus. 

Our Health and Safety Policy provides a common framework for Health and Safety management encompassing all employees within the Company and establishes essential expectations for Health and Safety governance.  

Our Policy covers the following requirements:

  • Comply with applicable Health and Safety laws and regulatory obligations;
  • Strive for data driven continuous improvement while enhancing Health and Safety compliance proactively utilising risk management principles;
  • Clear Health and Safety accountabilities are established;
  • Employee communication and training, including role specific training, to support the understanding of a proactive safety culture and the awareness of Health and Safety risks and how to mitigate these;
  • Health and Safety objectives are set and cascaded throughout the organisation;
  • Competent resources are provided to implement Health and Safety risk mitigation strategies relative to our sectors / business;
  • Health and Safety policies, procedures and systems that are required to implement the Policy;
  • Monitor, evaluate and review the effectiveness of the Health and Safety management system and Health and Safety performance including formal audits; and
  • Proactive monitoring of Health and Safety performance through leading and lagging indicators and regular operating business reviews.
